Playa de Condes

Playa de Condes Beach & Resort, located in Cagmanaba, Oas, Albay will venture into a time-sharing plan in its projected facilities.

This time-sharing plan is an extensive development to be implemented by Playa de Condes in order to hasten the development of its beach-front as well as augment the economic development of the coastal towns of Oas.

Plan are in the boards such as mapping-out development; parcel subdividing of beach-front properties and general development plan of the whole beach area with emphasis resulting on a community developed and integrated beach resort and rest-dwellings.

The target time-frame is as follows (subject to revision):

1. third quarter of 2010 - mapping and parcel subdivision of beach-front properties

2. fourth quarter of 2010 - assignments of  parcels to interested parties

3. 2011 - development, construction of dwellings, beach resorts building, amenities
